Hej allihopa,

Den här veckan uppmanar Fr.Johnny oss med följande ord.  "Forgiveness is a vital element in love because unforgiveness roots us in the past and in past events and experiences. Förlåtelse är en central del av kärleken eftersom att inte förlåta rotar oss i det som varit och i gångna händelser och erfarenheter.  Resten finns i brevet.

One of the best ways to love others is to pray for them, because through our prayers we open the door to the help only God can provide. When we pray for others, we love them in his strength. There´s none greater or more loving than he.   Ett av de bästa sätten att älska andra är att be för dem, för genom våra böner öppnar vi dörren för den hjälp som bara Gud kan ge.  När vi ber för andra, älskar vi dem med hans styrka. Det finns inte någon som är större eller mer kärleksfull än Honom.  James Banks, Our Daily Bread.

Tyvärr har pandemin ökat igen i många Europeiska länder och i andra länder.  Följande bön för pandemin finns att ta med hem i St. Eugenia kyrka. Herre, Jesus Kristus, sänd ut din helige Ande över vår värld, som plågas av coronaviruset. Hela i din godhet dem som har drabbats.  Beskydda dem som står i fara att drabbas. Styrk dem som vårdar de drabbade.  Hjälp oss alla att omvända oss och förlita oss på Dig. 

Herre, Hjälp oss alla att ta det försiktigt och inte slappna av när det gäller att skydda andra och oss själva. Herre, ge oss sunt förnuft.

Jesus, tack för uppmuntran som du ge mig varje dag.  Visa mig vem jag också behöver uppmuntra. Our Daily Bread

Dear Friends,

Attached is my input for the Couple Prayer for next Sunday and the week following that. As you know, the reflection is also used by some for their parish newsletter. I hope you will find this helpful for yourselves and bring you fresh energy for the week ahead.

The theme is Christ’s call to us to forgive one another constantly so that we will find freedom and peace in our lives and also give that same freedom and peace to others, especially those who are close to us in marriage and family life. You will be in my prayers each day that you may find the presence of Christ in your love relationships and the power of Christ for the world in which you live. Please continue to pray for me and for one another. God bless you always.
