Ständig Bön för Äktenskap och Familj

 Dear Friends,

 Attached please find my input for the Couple Prayer and/or the Parish Newsletter for next Sunday, 16^th Sunday in Ordinary Time, and the week following. I hope you will find it helpful for yourselves in your journey of faith and love.

 The thought that I have taken is around what Jesus said to Martha – ‘you worry and fret about many things but only one is needed!’ How true that is in the lives of all of us. Have a look at how it is true for you in your relationship at present. It can be a difficult thing to look at because there are so many important things happening at any one time. When these become a block to love they need to be looked at and sorted out.

 I will be praying for you each day of the week ahead, as I do every day, that you may always find the joy of your love even in the most stressful times. Please pray for me and for all those who are following this programme week by week. May God’s blessing of peace and happiness be with all of us and with all those we love. Thank you.

Hej allihopa,

Det var mycket som hände här i huset och tyvärr uteblev brevet.  Jag är ledsen för det. Det kan hända under sommaren men man kan alltid hämta Fr. Johnnys brev från hemsidan.

Bland annat skriver Fr. Johnny till oss den här veckan: "One very important priority for all of us is our health of body, mind and spirit.  En väldigt viktigt prioritet för oss alla är år vår hälsa till kropp, sinne och ande".  Resten finns i brevet.  

In the  Church we will find everything we need to experience peace and forgiveness, the healing we need for our souls.  I Kyrkan finner vi allt vi behöver för att kunna erfara frid och förlåtelse, det helande vi behöver för våra själar.  Pope Francis

Som ni vet äger en inspirationsträff för alla samordnare i Sverige rum i Marielund 26-28 augusti.  Jag har informerat Fr. Johnny och han kommer att ber för helgen. Tacksam om ni ber.          Herre, vi överlämnar förberedelserna i dina heliga händer. Låt din ande bli vår inspiration.  Jesus Heliga Hjärta, vi litar på Dig.

Vi ber för en kvinna som kommer att ha höften opererad den 9 augusti, hennes bönedag.  Tack Herre att många kommer att be för henne på denna dag. Vi ber att din Ande leder läkaren som utför operationen. Herre hela henne till kropp och själ.  Jesus Heliga Hjärta, vi litar på dig.

Come Holy Spirit, Fill the Hearts of Your Faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit and we shall be created and You will renew the face of the earth. Kom Helige Ande, fyll dina trognas hjärtan och tänd i dem Din kärleks eld. Sänd ut Din Ande och vi skall bli väckta och Du skall förnya jordens ansikte.
